Refund Policy
We work hard to produce best possible results and make you happy but in the unfortunate incident that you want a refund here is the process.
The animated video production is divided into following stages.

Script Writing – Storyboarding – Voice Over – Animation – Post Production(adding sound effects and/or background music) – Final Delivery.

We require 40% advance payment to start this process.

If you decide not to continue after reading the script than 70% of the payment received would be refunded after deducting payment processing charges.

If you decide not to continue after watching the storyboard than 50% of the payment received would be refunded after deducting payment processing charges.

If you decide not to continue after voice over then no refund is possible.

We reserve the right to modify this Refund Policy at our discretion, or against any customer it believes is abusing this policy. Any such revision or change will be binding and effective immediately after posting of the revised Refund Policy on describingvideo.com
